Parkes Irish Butchers reserves the right to change these terms without notice at any time.

Parkes Irish Butchers will not share your details with any third parties in accordance with the the Data Protection Act 1998. Your details will only be used if we need to contact you regarding your order.

All products are subject to availability. All prices are correct at the time of their publication but are subject to immediate change without notice. Packaging may appear different from advertised.

While we make every effort to provide you the most accurate, up-to-date information, occasionally, one or more items on our website may be incorrectly priced. Where a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical, photographic, or technical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Parkes Irish Butchers shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. 

Making a Purchase

The website will guide you to make a purchase and place your order with us. You will be asked for a few details, in order to finalise your purchase.

We accept Visa and Mastercard Payments via the Secure Stripe Payment Gateway. 

Please note: items are subject to availability. If an item becomes out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible and refund you if payment has been taken.

Delivery and Handling

Local delivery from Nerja to Estepona, including inland towns Alhaurin, Coin and Mijas Pueblo is free if the order exceeds 50€ , if your order is less than this value a 5.50€ surcharge will incur

All home deliveries to to Marbella, San Pedro & Estepona (East Coast) will be delivered on Wednesdays. Deliveries to Nerja, Torrox, Alcaucín (West Coast) will be delievered on Thursdays. All other places will be delivered between Monday/Tuesday or Friday depending on when the order is placed. We will be in touch to confirm after an order is placed. 

All orders need to be placed before 2pm the day before above delivery schedule. 

General

We guarantee your satisfaction here at Parkes Irish Butches. We want you to be delighted with your purchases. All our items are hand packed to order and we only send out products in perfect condition.

If for any reason you wish to return an item to Parkes Irish Butchers we recommend for you to call our customer service agents to note your reason for return, they will advise you next steps. It is advised to always check your order on arrival and raise any quality concerns with the driver as these can’t always be rectified after the driver has left.

If you are returning items due to a mistake on our part we will refund your total costs or exchange if necessary. 

You can of course cancel your order at any time during the ordering process up until your payment has been accepted. Once payment has been accepted the order will be deemed to be a binding contract and the terms for return listed above will need to be adhered to.
